Dear Mr. Bishop:
We
want to take this opportunity to thank Jerry Krejci and his staff for
completing our dream swimming pool.
We can not say enough about our experience. He entered into our
agreement with a detailed action plan to get the job done. He
explained every detail of that plan to us to
ensure we were just as knowledgeable
about the process. Both he and his staff completed the job as
planned and on time. Throughout the process, we were highly impressed
with him and his
team's
professionalism, diligence, attention to detail, attitude and overall
quality of work.
While some may think the above description is a
minimum standard that they've come to expect, let us just say that Jerry
far exceeded our many stringent expectations. He did so when no one else
would. Meaning, prior to Jerry, we initially had another contractor on
board to complete our pool. After a period of time, it became
embarrassingly clear that the contractor would not be able to complete
the job. After a countless search to find a replacement, Jerry welcomed
the opportunity to complete the job. He didn't try to over charge as
some contractors did (figuring we would pay anything to get the job
done), nor did he shy away from the obvious and potential liability
issues inherent in the project. He approached the job with an eagerness
and sincere desire to help us out in our time of need. It is for the
above reasons and countless more not mentioned, that we say Thank You.
In addition, we strongly encourage anyone looking to install a swimming
pool as an addition to their home, that they choose Jerry's Pleasure
Pools.

Dear Mr. Bishop,
I just wanted to take this chance to thank you for all the help you gave
me in installing the pool kit that you sold me. The questions that I had
were answered quickly and in a way that was easy to understand. Overall
it was easier than I expected it to be! I am enclosing a picture of the
finished product, I think it looks great! Please give me your opinion.
Also Could you please contact me about becoming a dealer or installer.
After doing mine I am very interested.
